Female Athlete of the Week: Dorthea Glorud - Women's Soccer - Fr., F
Dorthea Glorud (Brumunddal, Norway), who was named the Northeast-10 Rookie of the Week earlier Monday, registered five points on two goals and an assist during a 2-0-0 week for women's soccer. Glorud scored a goal in Wednesday's 3-2 victory over Bentley before adding a goal and a helper in a 4-0 blanking of Saint Michael's on Saturday, as the program extended its winning streak to seven - its longest in 21 years.

Male Athlete of the Week: Daniel Milton - Men's Soccer - Sr., GK
Daniel Milton (Ajax, Ontario) turned away 11 of the 12 shots he faced during a 1-1-0 week for men's soccer, as he made a season-high eight saves in 74:51 of action against New Haven and then stopped three of four bids in a 1-0 loss at Franklin Pierce on Saturday.

Notes:
- Women's soccer, ranked 24th in the United Soccer Coaches Division II Poll, went 2-0-0 last week to extend its winning streak to seven matches, which is the longest since it won nine-in-a-row Oct. 2-28, 1997. The Penmen are also off to their best start since that '97 season when they began the year 12-2-0.
- Freshman Dorthea Glorud (Brumunddal, Norway), who was named the Northeast-10 Rookie of the Week earlier Monday, registered five points on two goals and an assist. Glorud scored a goal in Wednesday's 3-2 victory over Bentley before adding a goal and a helper in a 4-0 blanking of Saint Michael's on Saturday.
- Freshman Hannah Rose (Waterloo, Ontario) stopped seven of nine shots during the week, as she made five saves against Bentley and stopped both shots she faced over the opening 57:40 of the clean sheet versus Saint Michael's. Junior goalkeeper Brittany Wilkie (Victorville, Calif.) played the final 32:20 against the Purple Knights, but did not see a shot.
- Graduate student Sydney Crema (Litchfield, N.H.) recorded five points on a goal and three assists, as she dished a pair of helpers – including one on the game winner – in the win at Bentley, before of tallying a goal and an assist at Saint Michael's.

Notes:
- Men's soccer, which is ranked seventh in the United Soccer Coaches Division II Poll, went 1-1-0 last week.
- Senior Alex Satrustegui (Pamplona, Spain) posted two goals for four points, with all the damage coming in Tuesday's 6-0 victory against New Haven, as he scored the first two goals of the contest.
- Senior goalkeeper Daniel Milton (Ajax, Ontario) turned away 11 of the 12 shots he faced during the week, as he made a season-high eight saves in 74:51 of action against New Haven and then stopped three of four bids in a 1-0 loss at Franklin Pierce on Saturday. Redshirt-sophomore Jackson Rivers (Epping, N.H.) made two saves over the final 15:09 of action against the Chargers in his collegiate debut.
- Senior Olafur Einarsson (Esafjordur, Iceland) recorded a goal and an assist in the New Haven victory, while sophomore Nadjib Chibout (Leon, France) dished a trio of assists.

Women's Volleyball (7-8, 5-2 NE10)

Notes:
- Volleyball went 2-1 last week, extending its winning streak to the program's longest since 2014 at five-in-a-row with a 3-0 defeat of Bentley on Tuesday. After having the run snapped Friday, the Penmen bounced back with an upset of Pace, coming back from a 2-0 deficit to win in five sets.
- Sophomore Irem Bat (Istanbul, Turkey) recorded 40 kills (3.64 k/s) on .243 hitting, to go with three service aces (0.27 sa/s), 33 digs (3.0 d/s) and six blocks (0.55 b/s). Bat chimed in with six kills, an ace, 17 digs and two blocks against Bentley, and added 10 kills (.304), an ace, six digs and a pair of blocks in a 3-0 loss to Adelphi on Friday. Bat then had a career day versus Pace, racking up a career-best 24 kills on .286 hitting, while tallying an ace, 10 digs and a two blocks.
- Senior Jessica Dillon (Burnt Hills, N.Y.) dished 79 assists (7.18 a/s) and collected 16 digs (1.45 d/s). Dillon posted 28 assists and four digs, while gathering four of her six kills on the week and hitting .429, against the Falcons. After tallying 21 assists and four digs in the loss to Adelphi, Dillon handed out 30 helpers and claimed eight digs in the takedown of Pace.
- Junior Amanda Costales (Wantagh, N.Y.) led the way against Bentley with a career-best 15 kills on .520 hitting, to go with a pair of aces and eight digs.

Field Hockey (5-5, 3-2 NE10)

Notes:
- Field hockey went 1-1 last week, bouncing back from a tough one-goal loss Tuesday to knock off third-ranked Stonehill, 1-0, in overtime Saturday.
- Junior Laura van der Doorn (Beverwijk, The Netherlands) registered three points on a goal and an assist during the week, as she assisted on the game's first goal in the 3-2 loss to Bentley and then scored the overtime winner 6:30 into the extra session in the upset of Stonehill.
- Senior Melanie Rennie (Madison, Conn.) turned aside 15 of the 18 shots she saw during the week, as she racked up eight saves against Merrimack and then stopped all seven in the shutout of Stonehill.
- The win against Stonehill was its first in seven tries, as well as the program's first win over a nationally-ranked opponent since 2016.

Notes:
- Women's tennis went 2-0 last week, as it played for the first time all season with a healthy lineup.
- Senior Anna Sala (Matadepera, Spain) went 4-0 for the Penmen, including 2-0 at No. 1 singles. Sala posted 6-4, 2-6, 6-4 win against Abby Ramsay in a 7-0 win at Saint Michael's on Saturday before triumphing over Alana Wyatt, 6-4, 6-2, in Sunday's 7-0 blanking of Franklin Pierce. Sala also combined with classmate Sofia Morais (Porto, Portugal), who was also 4-0 on the week, for a 6-2 victory at No. 1 doubles over Ramsay and Margaret de Pont to clinch the point against Saint Michael's and then shut out Wyatt and Brigid Washburn at No. 1 to kick off doubles play against FPU.
- Freshman Alexxa Etienne (Bayamon, Puerto Rico) also went 4-0, including 2-0 at No. 3 singles. Eitienne opened singles play at Saint Michael's by taking down Melissa Wood, 6-1, 6-0, before doing the same thing at Franklin Pierce with a 6-0, 6-0 takedown of Sarah Rich. Etienne and senior Rachel Wagner (Framingham, Mass.) added a pair of No. 2 doubles wins, including a 6-3 victory against Saint Michael's Wood and Caroline Sumner, and a 6-1 triumph over Franklin Pierce's Rich and Grayson LaCroix.

Notes:
- Men's tennis improved to 2-0 for the fourth straight season with a 6-1 win at Daemen on Monday.
- Graduate student Tiago Fernandes (Porto, Portugal) was victorious at No. 1 singles with a 6-0, 6-1 win against Ruiz Martinez.
- Freshman Emmanuel Vacalares (Cagayan de Oro, Philippines) clinched the match with a 6-3, 6-2 triumph over Fabian Wilde at No. 3 singles.
