MANCHESTER, N.H. – The Southern New Hampshire University baseball team spent time this week at four different after-school programs around the city of Manchester.
The team visited Gossler Park Elementary and Parker Varney Elementary, as well as Park Side Middle Side Middle School and the Salvation Army's Kids' Café, and played games with the children, in addition to helping them complete their homework.
Baseball has now finished nine of its "19 Ways," which is an initiative for the program to make an impact on the community in 19 different ways each season.
