Chandronnait Drops First Match at National Small College Championships

MOBILE, Ala. - Junior Amber Chandronnait (Bow, N.H.) of the Southern New Hampshire University women's tennis team dropped her first match in the Division II singles tournament at the ITA National Small College Championships Thursday.  Chandronnait, who earned a berth in the field by virtue of her singles title at the Wilson/ITA East Regional last month, fell to Julia Arguello of East Central University 6-1, 6-4.

Chandronnait, who dropped just the second singles match of her Penmen career, faces Anastasia Dabiza of Upper Iowa University on Friday.
