  • Women’s Tennis Buzzes Past American Int’l, 6-1

    Freshmen Alexxa Etienne (Bayamon, Puerto Rico) and Elizabeth Dwyer (Cutchogue, N.Y.) did not lose a game in their two wins, as the Southern New Hampshire University women’s tennis team bounced back with a 6-1 defeat of American International College on Sunday afternoon at the SNHU Tennis Courts at Penmen Stadium.
  • Women’s Tennis Edged by New Haven, 4-3

    Senior Sofia Morais (Porto, Portugal), and freshmen Alexxa Etienne (Bayamon, Puerto Rico) and Elizabeth Dwyer (Cutchogue, N.Y.) each won their singles match, but the Southern New Hampshire University women’s tennis team was narrowly beaten by the University of New Haven, 4-3, Saturday afternoon at the SNHU Tennis Courts at Penmen Stadium.
  • Women’s Tennis Grounds Bentley, 6-1

    Senior Rachel Wagner (Framingham, Mass.) did not drop a game all day, as she won both her matches to help the Southern New Hampshire University women’s tennis team to a 6-1 victory over Bentley University on Thursday afternoon at the SNHU Tennis Courts at Penmen Stadium.
  • Women’s Tennis Match Versus Bentley Postponed to Thursday
    September 18, 2018
    MANCHESTER, N.H. – The Southern New Hampshire University women’s tennis team’s match against Bentley University, scheduled for Tuesday, Sept. 18 (3 p.m.) at the SNHU Tennis Courts at Penmen Stadium, has been postponed due to the rain and will now be played Thursday, Sept. 20 at 3 p.m.

  • Women’s Tennis Helps Raise Money for Jimmy Fund Walk

    MANCHESTER, N.H. – For the third straight year, the Southern New Hampshire University women’s tennis team volunteered its time to help a team raise money for the Jimmy Fund Walk and the Dana-Farber Cancer Institute in a fundraiser held at Hampton Beach’s Victoria Inn on Aug. 23.

    MANSFIELD, Mass. – Senior Sofia Morais (Porto, Portugal) of the Southern New Hampshire University women’s tennis team was picked as the Northeast-10 Player of the Week for the period ending Sept. 10, the league office announced Tuesday afternoon.

    Senior Anna Sala (Matadepera, Spain) fought hard at No. 1 singles, but the Southern New Hampshire University women’s tennis team was upended by the New York Institute of Technology, 7-0, Saturday in its season opener at the SNHU Tennis Courts at Penmen Stadium.

    MANCHESTER, N.H. - The Southern New Hampshire University women's tennis team will be looking to collect a 12th consecutive berth to the Northeast-10 semifinals, but hope to take that at least one step further and make its first final since 2013. The Penmen kick off the season Saturday, Sept. 1 (11 a.m.) when they play host to New York Institute of Technology in just its second match at the SNHU Tennis Courts at Penmen Stadium.

    MANSFIELD, Mass. – The Southern New Hampshire University women’s tennis team was chosen to place third in the Northeast-10 standings this season according to the NE10 Preseason Coaches’ Poll that was released Wednesday.
