Southern New Hampshire had its three-game winning streak come to halt in its most recent outing, as it dropped a 2-1 final to Saint Anselm College in double overtime Tuesday. Senior Maddie Holt (Seabrook, N.H.) tallied the lone Penmen goal in the setback, as her seventh of the season in the 53rd minute knotted the score before the Hawks potted the game-winner just over 12 minutes into the extra session. Senior Melanie Rennie (Madison, Conn.) was saddled with the loss after turning aside six of the eight shots she faced.

After falling behind by a pair with 17 minutes left in regulation, Pace stormed back to tie things up with two goals in the final 2:13. Senior Jenna Sanossian (Miller Place, N.Y.) cut the Setter deficit in half off a feed from sophomore Mia Lennon (Yorktown Heights, N.Y.) before Lennon provided the equalizer off a penalty corner with no time remaining in regulation. Senior Halley Rose (Dauphin, Pa.) played hero for Pace in overtime, as she connected off a feed from classmate Paige Predmore (Harrisburg, Pa.) for her team-leading ninth goal of the year.
