Notes: After winning six of their first seven to start the season, the Penmen find themselves in the midst of a two-game slide. Southern New Hampshire entered the weekend averaging more than five goals per contest, but managed to score just once in the Manchester PAL/Stovepipe Tournament over the weekend. Senior Michael Busconi (Watertown, Mass.) tallied the lone Penmen marker against Suffolk University, while junior Ryan Slatky (Manchester, N.H.) stopped 52 shots against Johnson & Wales University on Saturday. Graduate student Joe Collins (Mansfield, Mass.) has been the focal point of the SNHU offense all season, as he has six goals and 10 assists for a league-leading 17 points. Junior Griffin Rogers (Sanbornton, N.H.) and freshman Brett Strawn (Wareham, Mass.) each have eight points, while juniors Timothy Baylis (West Haven, Conn.) and Chris Moquin (Hooksett, N.H.) join senior Jay Sylvia (Acushnet, Mass.) with seven points.

#9 Jonathon Pallotta, Jr. (2 goals, 2 assists, 4 points)
In Goal: #30 Shane Joyce, Jr. (1.96 GAA, .936 save pct.)

Notes: The Hawks have bounced back from a sluggish start with back-to-back Northeast-10 Conference wins over Saint Michael's College and Stonehill College. Saint Anselm dropped three of its first four to open the season, but handed a 4-0 defeat to the Purple Knights before topping the Skyhawks, 7-2. Sophomore Jeremy Carignan (Amos, Quebec) and senior Vin D'Amato (Sutton, Mass.) each scored twice for the Hawks against Stonehill, and junior Shane Joyce (Pembroke, Mass.) stopped 25 shots to up his record to 3-2.
