Last time out Southern New Hampshire University swept Saint Michael's College winning the first game 3-0 and the second by a final of 8-0 in five innings. In the second game sophomore Olivia Strasser (Rutland, Mass.) and sophomore Ali Atherton (Milford, Mass.) combined on the shutout. Strasser picked up her seventh win going three innings of work giving up five hits with two strikeouts, while Atherton finished off the game with two innings giving up a hit with a strikeout. Senior Erin Garczynski (Norwood, Mass.) went 2-for-3 with two RBI and a run scored. Junior Gabriella Vachon (Newton, Mass.) blasted a three-run homerun while sophomore Emily Critch (Halifax, Mass.) went 3-for-3 with a run scored.
