Notes: - Sophomore Olivia Strasser (Rutland, Mass.) pitched a complete game, five-hitter as the Penmen took the nightcap 3-0, after falling 5-3 in the opener to Stonehill last Thursday.  Strasser improved to 13-1, 0.95 ERA.  In April, she has allowed two earned runs in 46 IP (0.39 ERA)...- Senior Erin Garczynski (Norwood, Mass.) had three doubles on the day and is hitting .405 on the season as she closes in on the Penmen record for most hits in a career.  Sophomore Emily Critch (Halifax, Mass.) hit the only home run on the day, a two-run shot in the first game.  Junior Jordan Wade (East Taunton, Mass.) had three hits on the day, driving in runs in both games.

The Penmen will also play a make-up game with Saint Michael's College this afternoon.  Originally scheduled to be played earlier this month in Vermont, Saint Michael's will play SNHU here as the home team beginning at 3 p.m., and then play a game with Bentley University at 5 p.m.

Notes: This is a key week for Stonehill as they try to rally into one of the top four spots in the division to qualify for the Northeast-10 tournament.  They play Merrimack tomorrow, a squad also look for a playoff berth.  Junior Katherine Rayner is expected in the circle this afternoon.  She pitched a complete game, allowing three runs (one earned) in the 5-3 win last Thursday over SNHU....The top bat for the Skyhawks belongs to sophomore Michelle Theilgard, now hitting .353 on the season.  She has 30 hits and 13 walks for a .439 OBP.   Theilgard connected for three doubles in Thursday's doubleheader.
