Kaitlin Lutinski (Derry, N.H.) carded a program-record 83 as the Southern New Hampshire women's golf team finished fifth out of six at the Lady Penmen Invitational that wrapped up Sunday.

Lutinski, a freshman, posted a two-day total of 171 to place tied for 16th among 35 competitors at the event.  Classmate Kailey Coleman (North Berwick, Maine) finished at 185 over two days to finish 24thKerry Twomey (Londonderry, N.H.) carded a 95 Sunday and finished tied for 27th, while Aimee Cawlina (Tewksbury, Mass.) placed 30th.

 - Merrimack College (622) outdistanced Le Moyne College (653) and Franklin Pierce University (659) to take home the top spot.
 - Merrimack's Krystal Knight was +3 for the tournament, posting a two-day total of 149 to top teammate Alessandra Ricigliano by five shots for medalist honors.
 - This weekend's tournament was the first fall event hosted by the Penmen women's golf program, now in its third year.

Women's golf returns to action next weekend at the Northeast-10 Championship Friday and Saturday at Village Club of Sands Point in Sands Point, N.Y.
