SNHU Athletic Teams Participate in Take Back the Night

Athletes from many sports gather at the Take Back The Night observance.

Student-athletes in the Last Chapter Pub MANCHESTER, N.H. – Seventy-five percent of the Southern New Hampshire University athletic teams took part in Take Back the Night on Tuesday in the Last Chapter Pub.

Take Back the Night, which was presented by the Deborah L. Coffin Women's Center, is both an international event and non-profit organization with the mission of ending sexual, relationship, and domestic violence in all forms.

Baseball, men's and women's basketball, men's and women's cross country, field hockey, men's ice hockey, men's and women's lacrosse, men's and women's soccer, women's indoor and outdoor track & field, softball and cheerleading all participated in the event, with others unable to attend due to games and practices.
