MANSFIELD, Mass. – Due to rain in the forecast, a pair of schedule changes have been made to Northeast-10 Championship contests for both the Southern New Hampshire University men's tennis and softball teams Thursday.
Top-seeded men's tennis, which was scheduled to host fourth-seeded Le Moyne College at the Penmen Stadium Tennis Courts in a semifinal match at 2 p.m., will now move indoors to the YMCA Allard Center of Goffstown for a noon start.
Softball, seeded second in the Northeast Division, was originally scheduled to meet Pace University, the No. 4 seed from the Southwest, at 2:30 p.m. in a second round contest at Saint Anselm College. Due to a small window of clearing in the forecast, the game has been moved to the SNHU Softball Field at the same 2:30 start time, with the other second round matchup between the University of New Haven (SW No. 2) and Merrimack College (NE No. 3) remaining at Saint Anselm in order to allow both games to be played.
