Female Athlete of the Week: Allyson Patterson - Women's Soccer - Jr., M
Allyson Patterson (Seekonk, Mass.) scored twice Saturday, as women's soccer blanked Assumption, 4-0, in front of a national TV audience in its lone match of the week. Patterson, who is third in the league in both goals (10) and points (23), extended her point streak to nine straight games, as she scored the second and third goals of the afternoon.

Male Athlete of the Week: Jared Mscisz - Men's Golf - Fr.
Jared Mscisz (Danvers, Mass.) submitted a pair of top-five finishes, as men's golf placed fourth at the Post Eagles Invite at Watertown (Conn.) Golf Club on Monday and Tuesday, before tying for third at the Le Moyne Fall Invitational on Friday and Saturday at the Lake Shore Yacht Club in Cicero, N.Y. Mscisz tied for fifth the Post Eagles Invitational with a 146. He scorched the course with a 4-under 167 in the opening round. Mscisz then finished one shot off the pace at the Le Moyne Fall Invitational with a 3-under 141, as he fired an opening-round 70, before following up with a 71.

Notes:
- Women's soccer, ranked 22nd in the United Soccer Coaches Division II Poll, defeated Assumption, 4-0, Saturday in front of a national TV crowd in its lone match of the week.
- Junior Allyson Patterson (Seekonk, Mass.) scored twice in the victory. Patterson, who is third in the league in both goals (10) and points (23), extended her point streak to nine straight games.
- Sophomore goalkeeper Hannah Rose (Waterloo, Ontario) stopped all nine shots she faced for her third clean sheet of the season.
- Classmate Dorthea Glorud (Brumunddal, Norway) notched a goal and an assist, as she scored the eventual game winner just 4:18 in and then set up Patterson's first strike that made it 2-0.
- Fellow sophomore Sydney Carney (Northborough, Mass.) collected a pair of assists in the win.

Men's Soccer (4-4-3, 2-3-2 NE10)

- Men's soccer played to a 2-2 draw with Le Moyne on Saturday in front of a national TV audience in its lone contest of the week.
- Freshman Sinisa Sprecakovic (Mannheim, Germany) gave the Penmen a 1-0 lead in the 22nd minute, before senior Michael Goncalves (Ludlow, Mass.) put them up, 2-1, in the 52nd minute.
- Freshman Mathis Daury (Chateauroux, France) picked up his first collegiate point with an assist on Sprecakovic's goal.
- Sophomore goalkeeper Patrick Quinn (Manchester, N.H.) stopped three of the five shots he faced over 110 minutes.

 

Women's Volleyball (10-8, 2-2 NE10)

Notes:
- Volleyball went 2-1 last week, including a tri-match sweep at Mercy on Saturday.
- Freshman Juliana Pacini (Sao Paulo, Brazil) racked up 39 kills (3.55 k/s), 31 digs (2.82 d/s), four service aces (0.36 sa/s) and two blocks (0.18 b/s) during the week. Pacini tallied 17 kills, 12 digs, two aces and two blocks in Saturday's 3-1 win at Mercy, and then added 14 kills and 14 digs in another 3-1 victory over Wilmington (Del.).
- Senior Baylee Lippincott (Phoenix, Ariz.) posted 33 kills (3.00 k/s) and nine digs (0.82 d/s). Lippincott registered nine kills in a 3-0 loss to Saint Anselm on Tuesday, then submitted a career-high 15 kills and seven digs against Mercy, before capping the tri-match with nine more kills versus Wilmington (Del.).
- Freshman Angela Crosetti (Puebla, Mexico) collected 68 digs (6.18 d/s), 13 assists (1.18 a/s) and four aces (0.36 sa/s). Crosetti started the week with 15 digs and an ace in against Saint Anselm, but exploded for a career-high 35 digs and three aces in the win over Mercy, before chipping in 18 digs against Wilmington (Del.).
- Senior Joanne Coffey (Merrimack, N.H.) amassed 64 assists (5.82 a/s), nine kills (0.82 k/s), 10 digs (0.91 d/s) and five blocks (0.45 b/s). In the win at Mercy, Coffey tallied 27 assists, five kills and four digs, before adding 23 assists, four kills and three blocks against Wilmington (Del.).

Notes:
- Field hockey, ranked No. 9 in the National Field Hockey Coaches Association Division II Poll, went 2-0 last week to extend its winning streak to five and set a new single-season program record for wins (11).
- Junior Hélène Servais (Brussels, Belgium) turned in a seven-point week, as she notched a natural hat trick and handed out an assist in Monday's 7-0 blanking of Molloy, 7-0.
- Sophomore Faye Turkmen (Bergen, The Netherlands) notched a career-best five points in the Molloy win with a goal and three assists.
- Senior Laura van der Doorn (Beverwijk, The Netherlands) added a pair of goals versus the Lions.
- Sophomore Emily Campbell (Raynham, Mass.) chipped in with a goal and a helper Monday.
- Fellow sophomore Meaghan Wile (Littleton, Mass.) scored both goals in Saturday's 2-0 triumph at New Haven.
- Graduate student Melanie Rennie (Madison, Conn.) backstopped the Penmen to the pair of shutouts, stopping both shots she faced. Rennie did not see a shot in the opening half against Molloy and made two saves at New Haven. Junior Kate Pigsley (East Kingston, N.H.) steered aside both Molloy bids in the second half Monday.
