Nicole Ham joined SNHU as the Assistant Director of Athletics for Compliance on May 20, 2019.
In her role, Ham is charged with handling the compliance operations for the department's 19 NCAA Division II and Northeast-10 intercollegiate sports, as well as additional administrative duties.
Ham came to Manchester from a short drive across 101, after spending the previous two years as the Compliance Coordinator at fellow Northeast-10 institution Franklin Pierce University in Rindge, N.H. Ham oversaw all compliance operations for the Ravens' 26 varsity intercollegiate sports and also served as one of the institution's representatives on the NE10's Committee of Sports Administration (CSA). Additionally, Ham was FPU's interim women's lacrosse head coach during the 2019 season.
Ham also has experience in the NE10 as a student-athlete, starting for four years as a member of Franklin Pierce's women's lacrosse team. Ham, under her maiden name of Nicole Dale, racked up 96 career points for the Ravens on 72 goals.
A native of Ronkonkoma, N.Y., Ham is a two-time graduate of Franklin Pierce, with a Bachelor's degree in business management in 2016 and a Master's degree in leadership in 2018.
