    Junior Michael Almonacy (Brentwood, N.Y.) and freshman Jacari Sanders (San Antonio, Texas) netted 20 and 19 points, respectively, but the Southern New Hampshire University men's basketball team had its six-point lead with under a minute to play erased in an 87-86 defeat against Assumption College on Saturday afternoon at Laska Gymnasium.

    MANCHESTER, N.H. – WGIR 610 AM, based in Manchester, will air a total of 20 Southern New Hampshire University men’s and women’s basketball games during the 2019-20 season. The schedule, which includes seven Northeast-10 Conference doubleheaders, including a road matchup at Franklin Pierce, kicks off with a non-conference twin bill in the home opener against the College of Staten Island on Sunday, Nov. 17 (12:45 p.m.).

  • SNHU, FOX College Sports Team Up for 10-Game TV Package for 2019-20

    MANCHESTER, N.H. – For the third consecutive year, the Southern New Hampshire University Department of Athletics has reached an agreement with FOX College Sports to carry a full slate of Penmen games on the national network during the 2019-20 season. The schedule, which features 10 total contests, will include one women’s and men’s soccer match, two basketball doubleheaders, a pair of baseball games and a softball twin bill. The broadcasts will once again be produced by Pack Network.

    MANCHESTER, N.H. – Director of Athletics Anthony Fallacaro announced Thursday that the Southern New Hampshire University Department of Athletics & Recreation has agreed to an exclusive, multi-year partnership with Under Armour, the global leader in performance footwear apparel and accessories, that will be serviced by BSN SPORTS, the leading marketer, manufacturer and distributor of sporting goods apparel and equipment.
