Sophomore Dorthea Glorud (Brumunddal, Norway) scored two goals as SNHU topped Pace University 4-1 on Saturday at Penmen Stadium.

STANDOUT PERFORMERS
  • After spotting the Setters an early 1-0 lead, SNHU rallied less than two minutes later to make it 1-1 on a goal by senior Shae Roys (No. Billerica, Mass.).  
  • Sophomore Sydney Carney (Northborough, Mass.) scored what proved to be the game-winner at 20:20 with an assist by junior Allyson Patterson (Seekonk, Mass.).
  • Glorud scored her first goal at 31:13 and added another at 79:19.
  • Sophomore goalie Hannah Rose (Waterloo, Ont.) made 11 saves to record the win.
INSIDE THE BOX SCORE
  • The Penmen rebounded from the first home loss of the season to improve to 5-1 at Penmen Stadium.
  • The Setters outshot the Penmen 20-13 for the game.
  • Pace held a 12-1 advantage on corner kicks.
NOTES
  • SNHU has won three consecutive contests with Pace and lead the overall series 13-5-2.
  • The Penmen improve to 39-12-8 (.729) over their last 59 matches dating back to the 2016 campaign.
