Senior Baylee Lippincott (Phoenix, Ariz.) led the team with nine kills, but the Southern New Hampshire University women's volleyball team was swept by Adelphi University, 3-0, Saturday at CRS Gymnasium. Set scores were 25-21, 25-14, 25-21.

  • Freshman Ainsley Knox (Houston, Texas) – 9 assists, 2 aces, 2 digs
  • Junior Gabrielle Woodson (Melbourne, Fla.) – 11 digs 
  • Freshman Angela Crosetti (Puebla, Mexico) – 9 digs, 4 assists
  • Sophomore Ramona Fontaine (Chelsea, Mass.) – 2 kills, 3 blocks
  • The Panthers outhit the Penmen in all three sets, as well as .356-.102 for the match.
  • SNHU had entered the day having won eight of its last 10, including six of seven and three straight.
  • The Penmen have their best record through the first 24 matches of the season since 2014 when it began the year 15-9.
  • The Penmen are back in action Tuesday, Nov. 12 (7 p.m.) when they take on Franklin Pierce University.
  • The next home match for SNHU is Friday, Nov. 15 (7 p.m.) when it plays host to Southern Connecticut State University at the Stan Spirou Field House.
