Ava Gravell (Windham, N.H.) finished in third place in the 400m in a new SNHU program record time of 57.81 on Friday at the NEICAAA Indoor Track & Field Championships. She won her heat Thursday with a personal best 58:12. Gravell also ran a 25.95 in the 200m, which was good for 12^th place. The Penmen placed 13th at The TRACK at New Balance in Boston.
