Matt Becht (Vienna, Va.) averaged 28.0 points and 1.5 rebounds, while shooting 65.2 percent (15-23) from the field, including 58.8 percent (10-17) from behind the arc, and 94.1 percent (16-17) from the stripe during a 2-0 week of the Penmen. Becht went off for a season-high 34 points (9-14 FG, 6-11 3-FG, 10-10 FT) and three rebounds in an 81-76 victory at #7/11 Bentley University and then added 22 points (6-9 FG, 4-6 3-FG, 6-7 FT) in Saturday's 77-71 triumph at Adelphi University. He earned his second NE10 Player of the Week honor of the season earlier Monday.
