SEASON WITH WIN
BOX SCORE
MANCHESTER, N.H. -Senior Lori Robinson
(Bow, NH) scored a pair of goals to lead Southern New Hampshire
University to a 4-1 Northeast-10 women's soccer victory over
American International College at Larkin Field Tuesday night.
The Penmen close out their season with a 8-10-1 mark overall and a
6-8 Northeast-10 ledger, while the Yellow Jackets finish 7-13 and
2-12 in the league.
Despite the win, the Penmen did not
secure a berth in the upcoming Northeast-10 Tournament which starts

five seniors prior to the contest, the departing players had a hand
in all four Penmen goals. Robinson got the Penmen on the
board at the 16:52 mark when she scored an unassisted tally.
10:59 later, the Penmen would make it 2-0 when senior
Michelle Moore (Duxbury, MA) scored off a pass
from classmate Laurie Boland (Worcester,
MA). American International would halve the lead 5:06 before
halftime when Morgan Mastronardi (Corunna, ONT)
scored off an assist from Cassie Ashwell (Agawam,
MA).
The hosts would strike for two more
goals in the game's final 11:19. Junior Nicole
Ebner (Rochester, NY) would make it 3-1 in the 79th minute
when she headed home a corner kick by Boland. Robinson would
close out the scoring with four seconds left when she scored on a
breakaway.
Junior Stef Young
(Natick, MA) made two saves en route to the win for the
Penmen. Danielle Hodecker (West Springfield,
MA) made seven stops for the Yellow Jackets, who were outshot 15-7.
Seniors Boland, Moore, Robinson,
