MANCHESTER, N.H. -
Visiting Saint Michael's College swept all three doubles matches as
it edged Southern New Hampshire University 5-4 in Northeast-10
men's tennis Wednesday afternoon. The Purple Knights improve
to 5-5 overall and 5-1 in the NE-10 with the win, while the Penmen
are now 5-4 overall and in the league.
Picking up singles victories for
the Penmen were David Spaggiari
(Manizales, Colombia) at No. 1, Luis Ramirez (San
Cristobal, Venezuela) at No. 2, Jeff Bunker (Salem, NH)
at No. 5 and Colin
Stone (Manchester, NH) at No. 6.
Southern New Hampshire closes out
the regular season next Wednesday when it hosts American
International College for a 4:00 match.
