MANCHESTER, N.H. – Southern New Hampshire University downed Franklin Pierce University 8-1 in a Northeast-10 men's tennis match Thursday afternoon at the SNHU courts. The Penmen wrap up their fall schedule 5-0 and 4-0 in the NE-10, while the Ravens are 2-3 and 1-3 in the league.
The Penmen swept doubles play, then took five of six singles win to clinch the victory. In doubles action, Mitch Dobek (Westfield, Mass.) and Mike Wallace (Mount Vernon, N.Y.) teamed up for an 8-0 win at No. 1, while Juan Arango-Campo (Armenia Quindio, Colombia) was a 6-0, 6-0 winner at No. 2 singles.
