Junior Nida Orloff (Leicester, Mass.) set the tone just two minutes in with a goal that was part of a three-point performance, as the Southern New Hampshire University women's soccer team shut out the College of Staten Island, 4-0, Saturday afternoon at Dolphin Park Soccer Park.

KEY MOMENTS
- Orloff scored her first of the season just two minutes into the contest off a strong assist from Greene.
- Anderson put SNHU up 2-0 with a goal at 14:26, assisted by Orloff and freshman Imogen Noon (Gold Coast, Australia).
- Beaumont scored on an assist from senior Morgan Siechen (Syracuse, N.Y.) with just 14:44 remaining in the contest.
- Greene put the icing on the cake 3:14 late with an unassisted goal that brought the score to 4-0.
INSIDE THE BOX SCORE
- Rose turned aside the only shot that came her way in the opening 70:37, bringing her career tally to 213 with the Penmen. Freshman Claudia Keith (Danvers, Mass.) made her collegiate debut, but did not see a shot over the final 19:23.
- Staten Island goalkeepers Brianna Dore and Sara Villacres made a combined total of eight saves in 90 minutes of play, and each allowed two goals.
- SNHU dominated play with a 19-4 shot advantage, including 12-1 in shots on target.
- The Penmen also owned a 3-0 margin in corner kicks.
NOTES
- Southern New Hampshire begins the season 2-0 for the third straight campaign and the sixth time since 2013.
- This win brings SNHU's lifetime record to 2-0-0 against the Dolphins. The Penmen were also 4-0 winners against CSI last season.
- Anderson's goal is the eighth of her career, while it is the fifth in a Penmen uniform for Beaumont.
- The Penmen are now 40-13-8 (.721) over their last 61 matches dating back to the start of the 2017 campaign.
