- The game was a mirror image of Friday's series opener in which the Penmen opened up a 4-0 lead, and won 4-1.
- On Saturday, Saint Michael's took a 4-0 lead thanks to a pair of power-play goals before Murray lit the lamp at 9:18 of the final period.
- Murray was in a good position to tip Amante's slap shot into the net.
