Redshirt-freshman Piper Knowlton (Chester, N.H.) and senior Brynn Goulet (Tyngsboro, Mass.) each scored two goals and dished an assist, and sophomore Corrina Moulton (Barre, Vt.) set a new career best with 19 saves, but the Southern New Hampshire University women's lacrosse team fell to 15th-ranked Pace University, 15-8, Tuesday afternoon at Northwell Stadium.
KEY MOMENT
- Southern New Hampshire jumped out to a 3-0 lead over the opening 6:23, as freshman Ella Lampron (Plaistow, N.H.), Goulet and freshman Abby Bouffard (Biddeford, Maine) all found the back of the net.
- Pace scored six straight, as part of a stretch where it scored 14 of the next 15 goals to open a commanding 14-4 lead at the end of the third quarter.
- SNHU again scored three straight to open the fourth quarter, with Knowlton striking twice and Bouffard adding a goal to pull within 14-7 with 3:34 remaining.

- Southern New Hampshire has now alternated wins and losses over its last eight games.

- Junior Natalie Bosselman (Falmouth, Mass.) tallied a goal and an assist.

- Pace leads the all-time series, 10-2, as it has now won 10-in-a-row over the Penmen. The Setters have also captured six straight at home in the series. The last SNHU victory came in a 14-10 road win March 19, 2016.

- The Penmen had 24 of the game's 38 turnovers.
