Ben is the assistant cheer coach at SNHU. 

In 2019, the SNHU Cheer squad finished in fourth place at the NCA National Championships in Daytona Beach, Fla.  The Penmen advanced to the finals with a program record score in the prelims, and just missed eclipsing that mark in the finals on Friday.

Coach King helped lead the 2018 SNHU cheer to fifth place at NCA Nationals and to Grand Champions at the New England Cheerleaders Association Championships.

He is a member of the NCA (National Cheerleaders Association) staff, has been a New Hampshire State champion High School coach, and is a nationally registered paramedic.

King lives in Goffstown and is an animal lover.  He has a dog, Luna.
