2019

• Raced in four events for the Penmen
• Placed 25th at the 2019 NE10 Cross Country Championships (28:25.1) and 32nd at the NCAA Division II East Regional (33:06.5)
• Turned in a PR of 25:52.4 at the Paul Short Invitational at Lehigh on October 5
• Had his second consecutive strong finish at the Shacklette Invitational, running fourth in 27:41.2

2018

• Competed in each of Southern New Hampshire’s seven events
• Turned in a 35:06.2 at his first NCAA Division II East Regional, good for 60th place
• Ran 40th at the 2018 NE10 Cross Country Championships with a time of 26:26.6 for the 8K
• Recorded a top-ten finish in his first SNHU event with a 26:09.5 at the Shacklette at Saint Anselm College

• Ran three years of cross country, indoor track and outdoor track for the Eagles
• Hockomock League All-Star for Cross Country
• Top 25 runner in the cross country state meet
