  • At the NCAA Division II East Regional, ran 10k in a personal-best 32:30.2
  • Earned a tenth-place finish at the NE10 Championships at Jamesville, N.Y. with 27:42.8
  • Ran a career best 24:55.4 for 8K at the Paul Short Invitational at Lehigh on Oct. 5 while finishing seventh in a competitive field
  • Finished in 2nd place at the season-opening Shacklette Invitational with a 26:44.4

2018

  • Competed in each of Southern New Hampshire’s seven events
  • Ran 9th at the Northeast-10 Conference Championships On November 4 with 25:15.8
  • Clocked fastest time of the season at the UMass Dartmouth XC Invitational with 4th place finish in 25:08.3 (PB)
  • Opened his season with a win at the Shacklette Invitational with 27:11.8

2017

  • Competed in each of Southern New Hampshire’s six meets
  • Posted four top-25 finishes, including a pair of top-10 showings
  • Finished No. 25 overall in his first career meet, the Temple Invite on September 1
  • Turned in back-to-back top-10 placements after clocked in at 27:35 (7) at the Vermont Tech Invitational on September 9 before slotting in fifth in 26:47 at the Bruce Kirsch Cup on September 16
  • Posted fastest time of the season at the Northeast-10 Championship on October 22 after finishing No. 19 overall in 25:53
  • Checked into the top-50 of the NCAA East Regional with a time of 35:38 (43)
