• NE10 Third-Team All-Conference 2019

2019

• Capped a strong sophomore season with a PR for 10K at the NCAA Division II East Regional in Philadelphia with a 39th place run in 33:28.1
• Came in 21st place the 2019 NE10 Championships at Jamesville, N.Y. with a 26:31.9
• Finished 5th at the Shacklette Invitational on September 7 with a 28:03.2, helping lead the Penmen to a team victory

2018

• Raced in all seven meets for the Penmen, including the NCAA Division II Championships
• Clocked his fastest time of the fall at the Northeast-10 Championship in 25:53.0 (27)
• Started the season with a seventh-place finish at the Shacklette Invitational on September 1 in 27.44.7
