2013: Competed in all six races for the Penmen this season…Personal 8K best at a time of 30:10…One of three members to compete in all six races this season as his personal best 8K came at the Umass Dartmouth Invitational (9/21).

2012: Competed in a single meet with the Penman this season … At the UMass Dartmouth Invitational (9/15) he posted a personal, season-best time of 34:00 in the 8k.

2011: Participated in five of seven events…posted a season-best time of 30:25 at the Northeast-10 Championship (10/23).

BEFORE SNHU/PERSONAL: 2010 graduate of Daniel Hand HS...ran cross country as well as indoor and outdoor track for coach Tim Geary...set a personal record mile of 4:45.49...also set personal records of 3:22.38 in the 1200m, 53.0 in the 400m and 2:03 in the 800m...earned All-Hammornassete in both indoor and outdoor track in the 4x800...led the Tigers to back-to-back state championship titles in cross country in 2007 and 2008...also helped the Tigers to a Class L State Championship title in outdoor track...member of the distance medley relay that holds the school record with a time of 10:43.63 at Daniel Hand HS...captained the indoor track team as a senior...born Thomas B.
