Naseem Haje joined the Southern New Hampshire University cross country and women's track and field coaching staff in the fall of 2016.

Haje was a highly decorated runner in both men's cross country as well as men's track and field at King College (now King University) and Adams State University. As a freshman, he was an NCAA Division II All-American in cross country before garnering Division II All-Southeast Region laurels in cross country (2010-2011) as well as both indoor and outdoor track in 2012. He continued to pile up individual accolades in 2012, as he captured the Conference Carolina's Championship in the 10000-meter and 5000-meter runs in outdoor track and field.

Haje continued his career at Adams State in 2013, helping the Grizzlies to their 22nd NCAA Division II National Championship. He again earned All-America honors after finishing No. 30 overall at the National Championship, and was also named All-Rocky Mountain Athletic Conference Second Team, NCAA Division II All-South Central Region.

Haje graduated from Adams State with a degree in psychology and is current pursuing his master's degree in clinical mental health at Southern New Hampshire.
