- 2016 graduate of Sanborn Regional High School
- Member of the Indians’ cross country, cheerleading and track and field teams
- Captained the cross country team during her senior season
- Competed at the New Hampshire Division II Cross Country State Championship as well as the New Hampshire Cross Country Meet of Champions in 2015
- Earned spring track coaches’ award each of her final three seasons
- Competed at the New Hampshire Division II State Championship meet as a sophomore, junior and senior
- Competed at the New Hampshire Division II Meet of Champions in the spring of 2016
- Captained the spring track team as a senior
- Broke the 25-year old school record for the 1600-meter in 2016
- Anchored the school record holding 4x400-meter and 4x800-meter relay teams
- Only New Hampshire student-athlete to qualify for the New Hampshire Division II State Championship in every running event in 2016
- Two-time winter track Most Valuable Player (2015, 2016)
- Named team captain as a senior and also earned the Coaches’ Award in her final campaign
- Daughter of Arthur and Lynn Couto
