Lipman joined the Athletic Communications staff at SNHU for his first year in 2018-19 and focuses on men's and women's cross country, women's track & field, cheerleading, men's ice hockey, field hockey, softball, men's lacrosse, and Esports.

A familiar voice in the Granite State, Lipman has worked as a news and sportscaster since moving from New Jersey in 1984. After many years calling high school sports in New Hampshire and Vermont, Lipman joined the Dartmouth football team as a radio broadcaster in 2001 and continues to call Big Green basketball games for ESPN+. Since 2011, he has called football games for the University of New Hampshire. Lipman, a six-time N.H. Sportscaster of the Year, is one of the radio announcers for the New Hampshire Fisher Cats baseball team in addition to serving as the team's historian.  

Lipman, a graduate of Vanderbilt University, lives in Concord, N.H.
