Victoria Smith joined the SNHU athletic department as Operations Coordinator in April 2021 and was promoted to Athletic Operations Manager in February 2023.

In her role, Smith oversees the equipment rooms in both the Athletic Complex and Penmen Stadium, including apparel inventory, issuance and retrieval, and uniform management, in addition to handling the scheduling of student managers that work with a number of SNHU's 19 intercollegiate programs.

Smith returned to SNHU after spending the previous five months working as a Nike Athlete in one of the apparel giant's retail locations.

A 2020 SNHU graduate with a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Smith previously worked in athletic operations with the Penmen as a student for four years, including serving as a supervisor for the final three. The Wakefield, Mass., native was also a fixture at athletic department events as one of its National Anthem performers.
