George Thurston (Plymouth, Mass.) registered a goal and an assist during men's ice hockey's 26th Annual Stovepipe Tournament, as he scored in Saturday's 3-2 loss against Western New England University and collected a helper in another 3-2 defeat Sunday versus Fitchburg State University. Thurston's goal game on the man-advantage, as eight of his 11 goals this season have now come on the power play. In nine games this season, Thurston has recorded a pair of hat tricks and has 17 points on 11 goals and six assists.
