Hannah Sippel (Chester, N.H.) won the 400m race at the University of New Hampshire's Jim Boulanger Invitational on Saturday, turning in the fastest time by an NE10 athlete this season at 1:00.41. She also finished third in the 200 (27.06), and led the 4x100-meter relay team to a second-place finish (49.59), as women's track & field placed third.
