Hope Sinclair (Hampton, N.H.) won a Northeast 10 Championship in the 60 meters with a program record of 7.65 seconds. She was also third in the 200 (25.32).  Sinclair helped rally the Penmen to a third-place finish at last week's Indoor Track & Field meet in Boston.
