MANCHESTER, N.H. - Stephanie Dluginski
(Floral Park, NY) finished with 12 kills and six blocks as Southern
New Hampshire University posted a 3-0 Northeast-10 volleyball
victory over Saint Michael's College at the SNHU Fieldhouse Tuesday
night. The Penmen, who have won three of their last four
matches, improve to 10-11 overall and 5-6 in the NE-10, while the
Purple Knights are 6-15 and 2-9 in the league. The game
scores were 30-27, 30-28 and 30-19.
Dluginski, who also finished with
six digs, had three solo blocks and three block assists.
Brianna Doucet (Danville, NH) added 10 kills and
six digs, while Casey Stoodley (Salem, NH) made
nine digs. Kelly Scanlon (East Providence,
RI) made 18 assists for Southern New Hampshire.
Emma Briscoe
(Petersburg, IN) posted a match-high 13 kills for Saint Michael's,
while Leslie Herwig (Kingston, NY) handed out 20
assists. Stephanie Smetana (Independence,
MO) added nine digs.
Southern New Hampshire travels to
Saint Rose on Saturday for a 1:00 match. Saint Michael's
hosts Bentley Friday evening.
