RUTHERFORD, N.J. - Led by 21 digs and 15 kills by
Briana Doucet (Danville, NH), the Southern New
Hampshire University women's volleyball team posted a 3-1 win over
Felician College Sunday afternoon at Job Gymnasium. The
Penmen won their second straight to improve to 5-3 overall, while
the Golden Falcons are 0-6 on the season.
Doucet also finished with three
service aces. Stephanie Dluginski (Floral
Park, NY) had a match-high 19 kills, while Jamie
Rood (Southbury, CT) had 12 kills and 10 digs.
Casey Stoodley (Salem, NH) registered 21 digs and
eight kills, while Nicky Dumond (Tewksbury, MA)
had 34 assists. Kelly Scanlon (East
Providence, RI) added 20 assists.
Keisha Milstrey led Felician with
14 kills and 10 digs.
Southern New Hampshire returns to
action Tuesday when it hosts Rivier College in a 7:00 match at the
SNHU Fieldhouse.
