MANCHESTER, N.H. - Brianna Doucet (Danville, NH) recorded
11 kills and 13 digs to lead Southern New Hampshire University to a
3-0 non-conference women's volleyball victory over Saint Anselm
College at Stoutenburgh Gymnasium Tuesday night. Both teams
are now 2-5 overall on the season.
The set scores were 25-22, 25-21,
25-15.
Stephanie
Dluginski (Floral Park, NY) finished with eight kills,
four aces and four blocks for the Penmen, who also got eight kills
from Jamie Rood (Southbury, CT).
Ashley Dingle (Malone, NY) contributed seven digs,
while Kim Rowe (Exeter, NH) handed out 16 assists
and Nicky Dumond (Tewksbury, MA) 11.
Charlotte Tencza led Saint Anselm
with nine kills while Rachel Flaherty handed out 19 assists.
SNHU returns to action Saturday
when it travels to Philadelphia for a tri-match with University of
the Sciences and Post University. The Penmen will face Post
at 3:00 and the host Devils at 5:00.
