MANCHESTER, N.H. – Three different players scored as No. 24 Southern New Hampshire University posted a 3-0 Northeast-10 men's soccer victory over Stonehill College Wednesday night at Larkin Field.  The Penmen improved to 5-1 overall and 2-1 in the NE-10, while the Skyhawks are now 1-5-1 and 0-4 in the league.

Southern New Hampshire took a 1-0 lead at the 12:28 mark.  Sophomore Miguel Carneiro (New Milford, Conn.) sent a right-to-left corner kick into the box that classmate Kenny Doublette (Greenwich, Conn.) headed home for his first goal of the season.  The Penmen made it 2-0 4:21 before halftime as Chris Tsonis (Dartmouth, Mass.) scored his team-leading fifth goal of the season off a feed from Sebastian Stezewski (New Britain, Conn.).

Carneiro added the third SNHU goal 4:24 into the second half when he collected a deflection off of a Skyhawk defender and snuck a ball inside the far left post from 12 yards.

Dom DiMaggio (Rome, N.Y.) made one save en route to the shutout in goal for Southern New Hampshire.  Adam Colella made seven saves and allowed three goals in 78:23 of action for Stonehill before being relieved by Ryan Rincon.  Rincon made a pair of saves in 11:37 of action.  The Penmen outshot the Skyhawks 21-2.

Southern New Hampshire returns to action on Saturday when it travels to Le Moyne College for a 1:00 Northeast-10 contest.
