Visiting University of Bridgeport posted a 3-0 women's volleyball victory over Southern New Hampshire Friday evening.

For the Penmen, Marisa Coronis (Hudson, N.H.) hit .533 and recorded nine kills and a pair of blocks, while Kathleen Schurman (Burnt Hills, N.Y.) notched eight kills.  Maeghan Higgins (Hesperia, Calif.) posted 27 defensive digs, while Holly Adams (Hopkinton, Mass.) and Catherine Cotton (Murphy, Texas) each had nine.  Cotton also handed out 23 assists.

Katarina Krstonosic led Bridgeport with 14 kills and 18 digs.

Notes:
 - Higgins notched a season high in digs for the second straight night, however, her 26 digs Thursday against Merrimack came in five sets.
 - Bridgeport reached the NCAA East Region final last season.
 - Friday's game was non-Hodgkin's Lymphoma Awareness Night.

What's Next:

Southern New Hampshire returns to Northeast-10 Conference action Tuesday night when it hosts Stonehill College in a 7:00 contest.
