Pablo Fernandez snapped a scoreless tie early in the second half as Le Moyne College handed the second-ranked Southern New Hampshire University men's soccer team its second straight defeat with a 1-0 loss Saturday afternoon at Ted Grant Field.

Following a scoreless opening stanza, the Dolphins drew first blood as James Goodridge sent a cross into the box from near the right sideline before Fernandez located the ball in the middle of the 6-yard box and booted it into the lower-left corner of the net.

The Penmen had a final chance in the last 10 seconds of the contest as graduate student Yannis Becker (Sittensen, Germany) inserted a corner service, but Southern New Hampshire was not able to get a shot off.
