Satrustegui struck in the 13th minute on an unassisted tally to stake Southern New Hampshire to an early 1-0 lead.
The score would stay that way into the break, with the Penmen doubling their lead just 2:40 into the second stanza when freshman Tom Marriott (Nottingham, England) set up a goal by senior Michael Rowley (Cooperstown, N.Y.) that made it 2-0.
The Penmen cruised from there, with junior goalkeeper Daniel Milton (Ajax, Ontario) only needing to make two saves. Assumption goalkeeper Brian Murray racked up 15 stops.
