Sophomore Alyssa Anderson (Londonderry, N.H.) found the back of the net three times Sunday, as the Southern New Hampshire University women's soccer team erupted for a 4-0 win against the College of Staten Island at the University of Bridgeport's at Knights Field.

KEY MOMENTS
- Anderson made it 1-0 just 4:55 into the contest when she buried a cross from Carney.
- The score stayed that way until the 60th minute when a handball in the box gave the Penmen a penalty kick that was converted by Beaumont. It opened the flood gates as the first of three SNHU goals over a span of 9:42.
INSIDE THE BOX SCORE
- The shutout for Kaplan was the first of their career.
- CSI goalkeeper Ariel Salaman stopped five of the nine shots she faced over the opening 73:34, while Sara Villacres did not see a bid in the final 16:26.
- SNHU outshot the Dolphins, 19-1, including 9-1 in shots on target.
- The Penmen also owned a 9-0 advantage in corner kicks.

- Southern New Hampshire begins the season 2-0 for the second straight campaign and the fifth time since 2013.
