Southern New Hampshire University men's soccer battled the nation's top-ranked team to the wire before falling 1-0 to Franklin Pierce University Saturday night at Mark A. Ouellette Stadium.

KEY MOMENTS
- Franklin Pierce had a chance in the 24th minute when Younes Addar took a shot that clanged off the left post.
- Neal made a pair of terrific saves on Javier Guiterrez in the 33rd and 36th minutes to keep the game scoreless at half-time.
- Franklin Pierce found the game-winning goal in the 83rd minute. Rodrigo Parafita threaded a perfect pass to Younes Addar to make it 1-0.
