(Shelton, Conn.) --- Five different SNHU players scored as the Penmen completed a regular-season sweep of Post University with a 5-3 win on Tuesday afternoon in Shelton, Conn. Junior George Thurston (Plymouth, Mass.) notched his league-leading 14th goal and added an assist in the win.

- Fiorino opened the scoring for the Penmen at 5:23 of the first period, burying a slap shot after senior Travis Quigley (North Babylon, N.Y.) dug the puck off the boards. Freshman Ryan Clear (Cherry Hill, N.J.) also earned an assist
- The Eagles rallied to take the lead at 2-1 before Thurston scored at 16:00 of the second period cleaning up a rebound off a shot by senior Alex Ring (Salem, N.H.).
- Coady scored his third goal of the season put the Penmen up 3-2 at 12:35 of the third period off a face-off win by Thurston deep in the Eagle zone.
- Ray's goal at 14:53 gave the Penmen a 4-2 advantage, set up by freshman Connor Ball (Webster, N.Y.).
- Post cut the lead to 4-3 at 17:14 on a goal by Brandon Crowther.
- Somerville potted an empty-net goal for the Penmen at 18:54 to help secure the win. Senior Phil Heisse (Overland Park, Kan.) earned the assist.
