Shelby Cole (Gilford, N.H.) scored four goals to lead the Southern New Hampshire University women's lacrosse team to a 16-3 win over Post University on Friday afternoon. The Penmen improved to 2-0 for the first time since the 2017 season.

KEY MOMENTS
- The Penmen rushed out to a 4-0 lead and led 4-1 after one quarter.
- SNHU took control of the game by scoring eight goals in the second period including four man-up goals and led 12-1 at halftime.
- The Penmen score the only four goals of the third quarter and led 16-1, while Post scored the only two goals in the fourth to close out the 16-3 decision.

- Junior goalkeeper Caela McCartney (Arvada, Colo.) registered four saves for the Penmen and improves to 2-0 on the year.
- The Penmen held a 40-11 shot advantage for the contest, including 17-1 in the second quarter.

- The Penmen matched their 2021-win total with its second win.
- SNHU's 13-goal margin was the largest since a 24-6 win over Dominican on Feb. 29, 2020.
