- No. 2 Freshman Thomas Guy (Fulda, Germany) won 4-6, 6-2, 6-1
- No. 3 Senior Emmanuel Vacalares (Cagayan de Oro, Philippines) lost 6-3, 6-4.
- No. 4 Fernando Torres (Trujillo Alto, Puerto Rico) lost 6-4, 6-7, 6-4.
- No. 5 Boris Stastny (Prague, Czech Republic) lost in straight sets; 6-3, 6-3.
- The Penmen won the double points as Berling/Guy 6-2 at No. 1 doubles and Torres/Nadeau won at No. 2 doubles, 6-3. St. Mike's won No. 3 doubles 6-0.
