Skylar Renaud (E. Waterboro, Maine) scored a pair of goals and added an assist, but Southern New Hampshire lost 16-6 at #8 Stonehill College Wednesday in Easton. The Skyhawks outscored the Penmen 7-2 in the fourth quarter to secure the victory.

KEY MOMENTS
- In a back-and-forth first quarter it was the Skyhawks taking a 3-1 lead into the break with a goal in the final minute. The Penmen struck quickly to make it 3-2, before Stonehill netted the next four goals to make it 7-2 at halftime. Each team scored twice in an even third quarter. Ultimately the Skyhawks pulled away in the final frame outscoring the Penmen 7-2 and outshot SNHU 11-4 in the quarter.

- Stonehill had a 32-22 advantage on shots. The Skyhawks also had 25 ground balls compared to 22 for the Penmen.
NOTES
- The Penmen dropped back-to-back games for just the second time this season. All four of those losses were to nationally ranked opponents.
- Renaud continued her string of having scored a goal in each of SNHU's 14 games this season. She also has nine multi-goal games.
- SNHU is currently tied for fifth place in the NE10 with Assumption and New Haven.
- The all-time series with Stonehill stands at 16-2 in favor of the Skyhawks with Stonehill having won six straight.
