Junior Emma Thibodeau (Danvers, Mass.) scored her first goal of the season, giving SNHU a 1-0 lead, but Assumption answered with a pair of goals to lead the seventh-ranked Greyhounds to a 2-1 win on Wednesday afternoon on Larkin Field.

KEY MOMENTS
- SNHU took a 1-0 with 6:11 to play in the third quarter. Thibodeau sent a penalty corner out to Christis, who sent it back down for the Thibodeau shot that got past Kyle Gargiulo.
- Elle Murray tied the game for Assumption about five minutes later, scoring on a rebound in front of the SNHU cage.
- The game-winner came off a penalty corner mid-way through the final quarter as Hannah Tepper handled the feed from Lucy Malia and connected on the shot.

- Assumption had a 17-4 shot advantage for the game and a 10-4 advantage on penalty corners.

NOTES
- The first meeting of the year between the teams was a non-conference affair. SNHU will visit Assumption on Wed. November 2 in an NE10 game.
